i’ve just gone raw (2 weeks), although i’ve been vegetarian for 5 yrs. prior. i have been on oral meds for my acne for the past few months (with the change of dermatologist), although, like you, i’ve never had serious acne, just more pimples than i would have liked, but this new dermatologist put me on oral meds anyway.

with going raw i decided that i would stop the meds and allow my body to heal naturally. right now my skin is all over the place, my theory is that it’s my body purging the impurities, but of course, there is no way i could be sure. your post puts me at ease.
