Thanks Dan, I appreciate your comment and am pleased to see that you are going down a similar path! How long have you been raw? Any major benefits (or challenges) you have seen aside from what I noted? What are your favorite raw foods?

Hi,
First off I admire your search for improvement. I found your site after searching blogger for Raw Food. I have recently switched and can back up your 50 day mark improvements. I have seen Paul speak at a local Whole Foods in San Francisco and bought his book. He is great. I am sure as you saw that, he comments on sugar in fruits. In his book he interviews many raw food eaters and one or two of them specifically comment on how it is easy to go from addicting grains to addicting sugary fruit. I was going to comment that when you mentioned your diet that you were eating a lot of raw sugary fruit and that it may not be the best. His book is great and I will buy his new book. I like that he is talking more about PH and sugar and see that one of the biggest benefits of eating raw is that your diet is alkeline. Though it would not be if you eat certain fruit. Anyway, great website and I like your quest for improvement. The Robins video was great.
