		<description><![CDATA[Hey there, scam or not, I am going to give it a try!

I did my first workout using this method yesterday. It felt great. I have also cleaned up my diet and am eating more high quality (high protein) calories.

We&#039;ll see how this experiment goes!

I will say, though, that when I was in college, our varsity athletes all trained using the principles that Tim Ferriss is referring to....one-set of 6-8 exercises to failure, using a slow rep count.

They were some of biggest/strongest folks I have ever seen.

If it worked for them, I hope it would work for me.
