Hiya Ravis - yeah wheatgrass can definitely put energy into your day :-) It's extremely good for you.

As for juicers, I use the Omega 8005 brand, it's a little pricey but it juices everything and very easy to maintain. It doesn't run too hot either, which is very beneficial for maintaining nutrient density. Some juicers kill enzymes by overheating the veggies and fruits as you juice.

There's a bunch of my recommendations on my blog if you are looking for one - just check in the sidebar. Cheers!

Hey Juicing Recipes Guy!

I'll try the wheatgrass. I starting visiting a local juice bar that makes green blend juices with wheatgrass and I am feeling the power!

btw... do you have any recommendations on juicer brands for purchase?

Good to hear you are into juicing. I have been doing it for years and it's helped me so much. Have a blog on blogspot dedicated to juicing that you may want to check out.

I love the look of your blog!! Very nice presentation and not littered with ads, e.t.c... Is this a wordpress theme? Anyway, kudos on your juicing... Try to add wheat grass to some of your recipes, this one ingredient has boosted my energy levels 10 fold lately. :-)
