Dear Ravi, I am so happy that I found your blog, Set Higher Standards. The title alone is inspirational. I say it over an over when i start to spin out of control. I am a mother of two adult children and and three grandchildren and I am training for my first marathon, the Nike Women’s in San Francisco. I am training with Team in Training, http://pages.teamintraining.org/nyc/nikesf09/jclowes. My first marathon and my first time fundraising. Throughout my life I have always settled for less, usually just to make things easier and to not “make waves.” Breaking that pattern is why I signed up with TNT for the marathon. I have come to a place where I finally want more and want to demand more of myself. Your blog is helping me find the focus and set higher standards for myself. I tried your recipe for pinapple/kale smoothie. It was great. Thanks for the inspiration.
