Perhaps then, that we just need to unlearn how to be unhappy…and let our natural happy way of being shine through!

I think that people often times people get caught up with doing something to achieve some perceived stature only to realize that none of it really matters if your missing out on all these other simple pleasures.

Happiness is an abstract concept, I think that sometimes you really have to mentally condition yourself to become a happy person.
