		<description><![CDATA[Hi!  I just found your website and think you are awesome for putting this out there.  I love power yoga.  I practice daily with a Baptiste certified instructor[who is awesome].  I am a very healthy.  I have always eaten a ton of fruit and veggies.  I do eat meat but mostly chicken.  I also eat some fish.  I am attempting to complete the Baptiste cleanse but I have a problem.  The whole no coffee thing.  I did not think I had a problem until I cut it out and fatigue was a understatment.  I always have tons of energy but not so much with out my morning habit.  I have even been going lighter in making and consuming coffee but my system is completely off with out it.  I am planning on begining the cleanse tomorrow any advice on how to get my energy back?  I already do the above and have a really strong breath that even when pushing myself w/daily practice it stays steady.  I eat tons of fruit and veggies and only drink water and have cut out the refine sugar.]]></description>
